Welcome to Leadzin.ae, a platform owned and operated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Payment Confirmation: Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

1. Definitions

• “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Leadzin.ae, its affiliates, and subsidiaries.

• “User”, “You” means any person or entity accessing our services.

• “Platform” includes all Leadzin services including the affiliate network, SaaS products (website builder, WhatsApp AI), and travel agency services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be:

• At least 18 years old.

• Legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

• Not prohibited under UAE law or international law from using our services.

3. Services Offered

a. Affiliate Network

We provide a platform where users can register as affiliates and earn commissions by promoting our Digital products and services.

b. SaaS Platforms

We offer white-label website builders, WhatsApp AI solutions, and Tours & travel business allowing businesses to operate under their own branding.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Use our services for lawful purposes only.

• Not to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical marketing activities.

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and account information.

5. Commissions & Payments (Affiliate Network)

• Commission structures are defined in your dashboard and may vary based on performance and package.

• Payouts are made according to the terms outlined in the affiliate dashboard, subject to verification and compliance.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

The company, Leadzin, deals with digital products. Due the nature of products offered, the clause of ‘Physical Product Return’ doesn’t apply.

Every effort is made to reasonably explain about the products that are offered on our platform (leadzin.ae).

However, in the rare instance, you are still not satisfied and wish to proceed for a refund

1. A customer can ask for the refund only within 2 Hours of the purchase.
2. No refund will be made after 2 Hours of purchase.
3.  A payment gateway fee @ 5% of the paid amount and processing fee @5% of the paid amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
4. Refund Request e-mail must be sent within 2 hours of purchase to contact@leadzin.ae
   your refunds will be processed within 5 working days of having received such information.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive an email and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

• Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on Leadzin.ae are the intellectual property of Leadzin unless otherwise noted. Users may not duplicate, reproduce, or redistribute any content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no case shall “Leadzin FZC”, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless “Leadzin” and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with the UAE Federal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Your data is securely stored and will not be sold or shared without consent, except as required by law.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice for:

• Violation of these terms.

• Fraudulent or suspicious activities.

• Abuse of the affiliate program or SaaS platforms.

12. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised terms.

14. LEADZIN (FZC)

• “LEADZIN (FZC)” maintains the www.leadzin.ae Website (“Site”).
• “Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment”
• “The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency”.
• “We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries”
• “Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and www.leadzin.ae policies and rules”
